Used Kind Home Solutions for two reasons. One, they draped our huge front pine tree with beautiful lights last Christmas season. Michael, Corey and crew worked on my schedule, trimmed the tree over the weekend and the lights were on when we returned home Saturday night. After 15 years of asking, Lesli finally got her “big Christmas tree”. She actually teared a little bit. The neighbors are upset as the bar is now a little higher for decorating. Not the cheapest way to go, but we decided to make this a “gift” to ourselves each year. Painless and gorgeous. Two: when fixing the exterior this summer Kind was able to offer ALL the services needed: trim replacement, gutter replacement, exterior paint. I do not have the time or energy to co-ordinate separate contractors and various schedules. Austin ran the crews in a timely and professional manner. Michael, who owns Kind, came out to repair a screen damaged by the gutter crew. I dabbled in construction in my younger years. I get it that everything does not always go as planned and allow for that. What I DO EXPECT is that issues will be addressed in a timely and professional manner! Kind operates exactly this way.
